Food was outstanding and I have nothing but PERFECTLY PLEASANT memories from this trip. Whole place was perfectly clean with impressive views; nice and amazing location to the ski lifts at Baquiera 1500. The breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful. The pool area was clean, rooms were well-equipped. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was good.

The room was well-equipped with double beds. I appreciated having a personal safe and central heating in the room. - the hotel's location was amazing, very close to the main Gondola that takes you to the slopes. - It was convenient to have the supermarket, shops, and another restaurant nearby.

The fantastic breakfast: all kinds of bread, pastries, all kinds of sausages, omelettes made on the spot, natural orange juice, very good coffee, different types of milk, fresh fruit, yoghurts, ... Complete. The spa costs 15 euros but it's worth it to have a shower with essences, contrast showers, Turkish sauna, Filandese sauna, 3 jacuzzis, one with normal water, another with cold water and contrast with the water at 38 degrees. The room is a bit small, but I personally don't care, because it is warm and everything is very clean and comfortable. Very happy to be able to take our dog that also can stay in the room only without problems.
I could say that what I liked the least is not the hotel's fault, it's a problem that exists whenever there is a swimming pool and you don't go with children. At rush hour the pool is obviously full of screaming children, screams that end up rumbling in the facility and being literally unbearable, that's what happens wherever you go unless it's a hotel just for adults. Reasonable for those who have children, very annoying for those who don't. So if you want peace and quiet in a pool after a skiing session it's not going to be like that, because at any moment a child will fall on you. if you go at other times, pool is great, you can swim, water is quite cool but you can swim and cold passes.

+ Free parking in front of the hotel + Personal treatment at the reception. + Personal treatment of maintenance. + Personal treatment of SPA.. + The most complete SPA ever: Sauna, Turkish baths, cyclonic showers, 2 yacuzzis, 1 cold yacuzzi, ice shower and even cyclonic stone passage. + Lunch: more than 6 different types of milk, seasonal and very varied fruit, quality cereals and not the typical ones of the hotel chain.. + Dinner: High quality, the desserts of the dinner are of high culinary level. Spectacular white chocolate cream! + GYM: Complete room with new automatic machines and in very good condition
- 2'00 minimum for dinner drink, whether you ask for it or not, they serve it to you without notice, the ticket said it was Font Vella and actually they bring you an open pitcher that smells of chlorine.. That stupid habit of charging for water separately at 2.00 euros in Catalonia... - Spa supplement 12 euros. - Information for sports like inland fishing. I left you an informative leaflet for future fishing guests.. - There is no air conditioning for summer in the rooms of 1 guest.. - No clothesline, even in the bathtub.. - Lunch: Dried fruits, fried egg, and a microwave to heat up the rice, soy or lactose free milks.

The design of the rooms, somewhat varied breakfast, was the only thing that was saved, free parking and ski lockers, very friendly attention both at reception and in the room, very good location for access to the tracks of Baqueira, all super clean.
It's not really a four-star hotel. Dinner left something to be desired, little variety and what little there was could be improved. In a renovated hotel that goes from 3 to 4 stars the first thing you notice is the change in the food and honestly.. It looked like a 3. Cozy rooms but a little uncomfortable because of its size, you open the door and brush with the feet of the bed, we asked for a double bed of 135cm and they put two singles together... there is no triptych or anything to welcome you in the room, it does not indicate the time of check out or the dining room for breakfast or dinner, there is no menu to order room service, or information about the Spa or pool... There are no amenities, just two glass glasses.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, only minus point, not all speak english The food in general is good and the hotel is very well located.
My bathroom wasn't clean to the standard In most 4 stars the client of the hotel don't have to pay extra to access the spa, as well as paying for the safe in their room!!! The bedrooms are tiny

Breakfast was excellent, one of the best in this type of hotels. Location good, short walk to main car park where quick transport to main lift. Ski rental easy and convenient. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful.
3 course dinner ok, but served mostly cold (1 dinner out of 4 was correct temperature). The equipment in play room in bad condition. Hotel bar very expensive compared to bars in the area. Room very basic and small. 4 stars overstatement, 2-3 stars closer.

Breakfast and dinner, buffet style, are excellent, very varied and of great quality. The hotel is very well located for access to the slopes, which can be reached either on foot or by a small bus. We liked the spa very much: it has a cold water pool, two jacuzzis with hot water at different temperatures, Scottish showers, sauna, Turkish bath, hot deck chairs and a pebble area for walking. In addition, they offer treatments à la carte. There is also a swimming pool which we use for swimming after skiing. The double room has two separate beds with a large window, a little bit of space, but we were very comfortable and quiet. There is a ski rental service in the hotel itself, which makes it very comfortable. However, it was of little use to us, because after waiting about thirty minutes to rent the skis, and even though we waited for the only employee in the store that day, when it was our turn, he told us that he did not have any skis to rent. Our anger was monumental, because couldn't he have told us right away that he didn't have any skis for rent if that was what we wanted and, thus, we would have avoided the wait? Anyway, we liked the hotel very much. Besides, it has a cafeteria with couches where it's very nice to have a snack. It also has a covered parking lot, with cost, although it is a little complicated to maneuver inside and, be careful, you have to enter very slowly with the car because it is very easy to touch the low, which happened to us. They should do something about that. The wifi is correct, it doesn't stand out for its speed, but it's enough to check the mail and surf the internet. They accept pets, but you have to take into account that they do not make the room if the pet is inside.
Having to leave our little Yorkshire Terrier in the car at breakfast time so that they could make the room in the meantime. Even with the car in the covered garage, the temperature was too cold to leave a pet in the car.
